Bridging the Digital Divide: Providing Offline Internet Access to the Unconnected
By leveraging offline storage solutions, we’re providing billions with access to essential educational content and information helping bridge the connectivity gap until broadband improves.
Offline Internet
Nearly 4 billion people around the world lack reliable internet access. The internet adoption rate is growing very slowly and faces many political and economic obstacles. Internet is spreading. Just not fast enough.
Internet access is a must for education, discovery, and communication. Yet in the US, and around the world, billions of people lack access to reliable internet. As the world rapidly approaches a new, digital economiy, half of the planet stands to be left out of it. We need a solution fast, and we need to change our approach.
Storage is a surprisingly powerful solution to the internet connectivity challenge. The average hard drive can fit millions of web pages. By harnessing the ridiculously cheap cost of storage, we can make efficient use of the limited connectivity that people have, and we enable them to access life changing content regardless of whether they have an internet connection.

Our projects
We invest in and support companies and organizations that work on the issue of connectivity.

Endless Access is dedicated to tackling the digital divide. Providing our operating system for free makes technology more affordable for everyone, by lowering the cost of computer setup and maintenance. It’s also a great choice for re-purposing existing hardware for free.
We’re proud to support these organizations
